It's been over a month since you sold our Canton house, and in a week we'll close on our new house in Marietta. Now that I have some downtime, I wanted to take this opportunity to write and share my gratitude for your top-notch service over the last few years.

As you know, you've sold two houses for us, and next week's closing will be the second house we've purchased with a member of your team. In every case, you and your team exceeded our expectations on all counts.

In both cases when you were selling our houses, you priced the house competitively but not under value, you advertised aggressively in many venues using the work of a professional photographer, and you and your staff were readily available to answer our questions or immediately address our concerns. In the weeks and days approaching closing, a member of your staff proactively contacts us with status, and diligently tracked and helped us address all issues that could interfere with a smooth closing (and we know that there were significant challenges along these lines with the first house you sold for us.) As you may know, this level of service is nearly impossible to find in the real estate industry in Atlanta outside of your team.
