Debbie had been referred to us and when we did research on her, all of her reviews were so good.
From the very start we noticed that Debbie “listened” to our desires and needs..yet also, gave us her opinions and good suggestions. We were pleasantly surprised all along the way/process that Debbie Redford’s personal assistant Kim Hawkins went above and beyond to be helpful and patiently guided us in each step. She kept us in the loop in every showing and new information we needed to know, she was very professional. In addition, we were impressed that Debbie Redford personally followed up on the showings herself. Debbie DeWinne showed our home also and was helpful on many different occasions, again working as a team.
We also greatly appreciated the patience and kindness her team showed, knowing there was a lot of questions and new situations we had not experienced in quiet sometime, since we had not sold sold a home in over 23 years. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing to sell and or purchase a new home. Debbie is full of wisdom, and guided us carefully as we navigated several interested customers before the final contract came through.
Finally, due to her years of experience and integrity that she has on a personal level, we believe you can trust her and her team, to have a successful and easy experience.
Even to the the day of closing, she was early, prepared and blessed us in the sending off process.
